About Me

Hey y'all! My name is Lucy Primiano, and I am a fourth-year design and production concentration student at Arizona State University's School of Music, Dance and Theatre. My primary areas of interest are stage management, electrics, and props fabrication. In general, I have an obnoxious amount of curiosity that is quite easily entertained by the oddities often requested for film and theatre, and the trial and error undergone to create them. 

When working on a new production, I strive to exercise an analytical and empathetic mindset throughout every aspect of the process. Moreover, I seek to cultivate an aesthetic that emphasizes communication, consent, environmental and emotional sustainability, and representation in the hopes of creating cathartic experiences that resonate with audience members of all ages. Overcoming apathy and ignorance is critical to both our existence and development as artists, and actively pursuing education and providing mentorship is necessary to do exactly that.
